Our Firm's Story

Surette Law PLLC was founded on a simple idea: family law clients deserve an attorney who's genuinely present — from the first phone call through the final judgment — not passed between staff or left wondering what happens next. Samantha built this firm to do things differently: honest assessments, personal attention, and a steady focus on helping every client reach a stable, secure next chapter.

Samantha represents Massachusetts families in divorce, custody, and support matters, with particular focus on complex asset division and spousal support for clients navigating divorce later in life. A graduate of New England Law | Boston, she has been licensed to practice in Massachusetts since 2019 and began her career as a judicial intern in the Probate and Family Court — experience that still shapes the close, detail-oriented attention she brings to every case.

Samantha has been recognized as a Massachusetts Rising Star by Super Lawyers (2024–2026), successfully defended a trial court ruling on appeal on behalf of a client, and practices across Essex, Middlesex, and Suffolk counties. She also offers conciliation — a lower-cost, less adversarial path to resolution — for clients who want a fair outcome without the weight of a courtroom battle.
